With the
introduction of the 24/7 shift pattern at Marchington, we understood the
importance of continuing to offer a high level of service from our BRC approved
wash plant. Our night shift managers work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern linking
with the supervisors and warehouse team to maximise production, cleanliness and
hygiene standards. Having a structured night team in place aids continued efficiency
from the day shift team when liaising with transport companies and logging
consignments on Enable.
